  Placed an order through the McDonald’s app this morning. Order was missing one large drink and one hashbrown. The workers couldn’t even bother to put straws or napkins in the bag. Not sure why the order wasn’t checked before leaving the store. Pure laziness. Ordered a few sandwiches…one of which was made incorrectly (no onions as ordered and overkill of the sauce). It seems like this store is going downhill fast. Don’t waste your time reaching out to the store or higher if your order incorrect or service is terrible. They absolutely do not care. So now I’m out over $5 and won’t see that money again.

  Worst McDonald's in the area! Wife ordered fish and added extra ketchup. Came without cheese and tartar. Manager argued with her saying you asked for ketchup. My wife ordered off the kiosk and didn't not subtract anything that comes on it, only adding ketchup. My big Mac came with two burgers in between the top bun and middle piece of bread. Between the bottom bun and middle bread was just a little bit of big Mac sauce. Brought it up to the counter and the manager said "all you have to do is take one of the burgers and put it between the bottom bun and middle bread. This isn't the first issue we've ever had here. This place needs new management badly!

  It's not a great place for service if u want fast food don't got too this place 20 min wait for too pies that the simplest thing on the menu and they can't even get that out fast it a joke.
