This location is ridiculously slow. Two cars in the drive thru and it took a half hour to get our coffee. Absolutely ridiculous.

Placed a mobile order because sign said „counter closed drive thru only“ waited 20 minutes after placing order and asked for order was told „there are only 2 of us“ and then teenager walked away. Went to the drive thru was ignored and staff hid in the back of the store with the manager. Unprofessional! The lobby was filthy and the trash was overflowing. An order for a dozen donuts and a medium coffee took 34 minutes while the drive thru stood empty.

“Dunkin’ Donuts” is honestly one of the most ambitious business names I’ve ever heard because the confidence required to still include “donuts” after handing me THIS is inspiring. I ordered a sprinkle donut and received what looked like a bagel that had a stressful day. The icing was applied with the care and precision of a toddler drywalling a ceiling. There were approximately 11 sprinkles total, and I think 4 of them were there accidentally. The menu picture looked soft, fluffy, and joyful. The actual donut looked like it pays taxes and is behind on child support. And the DRIVE THRU. Oh dear... Every single employee answers the speaker like I’ve somehow interrupted a hostage negotiation. Not: “Hi welcome to Dunkin! 😊” Just: “…what can I get you.” No emotion. No life. No evidence of hope. The first time it happened I thought I accidentally activated one of those NPC conversations in a video game where the character is clearly exhausted from the apocalypse. I’ve never once felt like a valued customer there. I feel like the final straw, someone's 13th reason. One guy sounded so emotionally exhausted that I almost replied: “Honestly? Whatever’s easiest for you.” Another girl answered so quietly and sadly that I almost asked HER what I could get her. Like girl do you need a nap? A cigarette? A new career path? Blink twice if you want me to pull around and rescue you. And somehow, despite all of this… the coffee is so unbelievably good that it always pairs perfectly with the saddest donut you’ve ever seen in your life. Like...they didn't bake it - they found it. Dunkin is basically that toxic relationship where they disappoint you constantly, but then hand you an iced coffee so good you’re like “okay maybe we can work through this.” They have me in a psychological chokehold because they could hand me a donut shaped like a flip flop and I’d still come back because that iced coffee tastes like financial stability and poor decisions. Honestly, the real fix may be to just change the name of the business because “Dunkin’ Donuts” implies the donuts are participating in the business. Call it: “Dunkin’ Coffee Featuring Whatever This Is.” Or even: “Coffee & Vague Circle-Shaped Objects.” 5 stars for the coffee. Prayers for the donuts. And somebody please check on the drive thru employees.

I placed an order on 5-17-26 at 7am. The reason I did this, is because I live almost an hour and 30 mins away. I knew I would be in town that afternoon, so I ordered my donuts TO ENSURE that i would get what my family wanted. They are ALWAYS sold out of our flavors. I arrived at the drive thru, gave my name and was told to pull around. Once I arrived at the window, the girl told me they didn’t have an order ready with my name. I said well, I have it on the app, it’s right here. I showed her my phone. She then proceeded to tell me, THEY THREW MY DONUTS AWAY!!!! I’m sorry, WHAT?!?!? “You didn’t come get them in a timely manner and it’s company policy, to throw them away.” So donuts THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR, were threw away because I didn’t show up when you thought I should? Cars were piling up at this point, so I went inside. I told her WHY I ordered so early. I was even told by an employee to get what I wanted, I had to be there super early, during a previous encounter at the same store! I was THEN told, to leave my name and number for the manager to call me, after I asked for her number. She never did. I then tried to get the donuts I ordered, yet ALL OF THEM were sold out, except for ONE! PRECISELY why I ordered so early!
