- BBBubs1 day ago1.0Made my drink wrong. Waiting 30 minutes for my other drink. Made the completely wrong drink… so I waited 15 more minutes for the correct drink that was still made wrong.. this store only goes down hill everytime I’m there. Left with two more drinks for my parents, and one of them was made wrong. Shocker. At least they can’t screw up a hot black coffee. They either need to train their workers to actually read orders correctly or whip out the drink recipes. Do better.

She didn’t say hi, Welcome to Dunkin’, or good morning. She just said “what do you want?” with attitude. When we went to order, I decided to do the make your own refresher, It lists on the menu the first step is to pick if you want the base to be a Lemonade, oat milk, etc. So I said I want oat milk as my base first. The lady said that’s not how we do it here, you pick what fruit you want first as your base (very rudely). So then it says on the menu for the fruit flavors you can choose up to two flavors for your refresher. So I asked for the black cherry and the strawberry dragon fruit. The lady says it doesn’t say that you can mix black cherry with strawberry dragon fruit. We don’t mix those at Dunkin’ and again said it very rudely like I’m stupid and I can’t read what the menu says. So I didn’t get what I wanted, I ended up getting an oat milk refresher with black cherry with an added strawberry cold foam. Then when we pulled up to the drive thru window, the lady wouldn’t speak, and then when she finally did speak, she forcefully handed the drinks to us and said “HERE!” with a nasty look and attitude. My refresher was good (surprisingly with the quality of service they are offering at this location), but my mom‘s fluffernutter peanut butter coffee was horrible. I would highly recommend avoiding this Dunkin’ and just go to the another Dunkin’ location, a local coffee shop, or a Starbucks. If I could give my experience a zero stars, I would give it zero stars.
