  I was in food lion on Marion Square in fairmont wv shopping when I noticed 2 employees was bullying another employee which was a grown man and a kid bullying another kid that works there. The names of the bullies 1 is Joel he works in dairy which is the grown man the other is Zane I believe which is the other bully. 1 that is a work place not a high school I seen the look on that poor kids face and all I could do is cry. I alerted another employee about it and that employee didn't even help stand up for this young boy didn't alert management which would probably be unuseful anyway because management talks behind other employees backs and the store manager let's her assistant manager run everything. These people don't even know how to run a store they have a skeleton crew and when people come back to get their jobs back they lie and tell them they have no spots open. The shelves are hardly ever stocked fully they run the business based on feelings and not for the business the store has become a joke. Corporate needs to do better on who they put in management and who they hire its like its being ran by a bunch of high schoolers and not respectable responsible adults that's a good way for a business to go down hill real fast. Get your store in order and protect the kids you hire from adult bullies and useless managers as well as the other employees management bullies till the employees can't take it anymore and quit. And don't get me started on how crappy their stockers stock its like you are on a treasure hunt when looking for an item. Item always in the wrong spots sometimes the item you need is in the right spot but the wrong items stocked in front of it like do these people not know how to read or check numbers to make sure they are stocking the item in the right spot or are we just hiring lazy people who are just there for a quick and easy check without actually doing the job right.
