- MMM MaxwellMay 3, 20261.0Once a year we give it a shot, and yet again, they gave us the wrong food. Was told "be with you in a moment" before waiting 10 minutes, only to then be told again to wait. Not backed up, just nothing. Ordered a regular 4 piece tender and a blizzard. Tenders have this disgusting sauce on it, was cold when I got it. 12 bucks thrown away cause this was inedible. Also attempted to call store over 30 minutes and no answer as it was either off the hook or already engaged.

I thought they hadn’t ordered but they were waiting for their ice cream. They waited about 5 minutes after we entered. A lady came in after we got our ice cream and just stood there at the front register for about 8-10 minutes and finally left because she was going to be late for church. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve had an experience like this. We won’t be back. We visited on 3/25/26 around 6pm.
