  I seen the new cheesteak on TV and had to try it. The one on the commercial looked packed with meat. Ordered cheesteak meal with the curly fries and it cost about 15 dollars. Well the cheesteak was terrible. Hardly any meat in the sandwich. It was about 90 percent bread. And they wrapped up the cheesteak in some kind of foil paper and all the cheese was stuck to the paper. The cheesteak was so salty I didn't even finish the sandwich. The fries weren't any good either. Mostly just pieces of fries I had about actually 3 curly fries in the order and there was about one cup of fries. The cheesteak was the worst tasting I've ever had. Bad value also was not worth 15 dollars. It was about 5 dollars worth of food including medium soda. I don't recommend anyone go to Arby's its all a scam overvalued fake food deals. I will not eat there again and I will tell people Arby's is just a scam and the food sucks anyway.

  Front counter guy was pleasant how ever manager was standing offish and rude when I showed her how little meat was actually on the sandwich after she poked and spread what little meat was on the cheese steak I asked her to remake she was kinda rude as far as customer serve .And the saying you got the meats ,is definitely true because as a customer I definitely did not get the meats ........

  Arby's is winning me over, truly. I went there with a colleague for late lunch today looking forward to their Big Fish Sandwich only to find out its Season was over. Then I tried their Pecant Chicken Salad. Best sandwich I ever had.

  Person at the drive through was impatient and rude. Ordered the new brisket bbq sandwich which came with no bbq sauce, 1 pickle and barely any meat. For a $16 meal I paid a lot for a bun and barely anything else.
