  We ordered personal pan pizzas and salad bar. The salad bar was simple, but it was clean and everything tasted fine. The pizza....always good! 😊

  Save your time and go elsewhere. We ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. While waiting 50 minutes with zero interaction with our server, we watched regulars come in and be immediately greeted, seated, and served. When we tried to pay for our drinks and leave, i mentioned the sheer lack of communication, for our server to turn around and mock me, we got the run around of whether our food was even done or not. It was, so we paid for it as take out, just to look and see it wasn't even the right order. We took it back in and asked for a refund, to which they refused. I will never go back to this location, and will forever travel to Buckhannon simply for the customer service.

  Food is great, the employees are hateful and not helpful at all. I love eating Pizza Hut but I have almost completely stopped because the bitterness that radiates from the workers ( mostly managers) is depressing to say the least. Also you have to order extra rounds toppings that’s two dollars a piece and it’s still pretty skimpy.
