  It took 2 hours to get our food and it was cold. When we ordered we didn’t get our receipt so when they asked for it we didn’t have it

  I ordered the 10 piece nugget meal and a milkshake and they left my milkshake was left out for ten minutes my nuggets were Burt and it took 20 minutes to get my food terrible customer service

  I am writing to share feedback regarding the McDonald's at 446 S Randolph Ave in Elkins. During my recent visits, the drive-thru staff has consistently asked me to pull into a waiting spot regardless of whether other cars are in line. It’s clear this is being done to 'game' the service timers. As a customer, it is frustrating to be moved around just so the store can meet internal metrics, especially when it results in longer wait times or forgotten items. Often their inside is often not clean, which makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like.

  So normally I would never review a McDonalds because I rarely go to one and honestly unless it's a bad one aren't they pretty much all the same? But a buddy texted me and asked if I had test driven the new Big Arch burger. I told him no and that I really hadn't planned to. He said he had and it was really good. So next time I saw one I thought let me give it a spin. First of all it was just over $9 for the big arch. When she told me that I about fainted. I got it to go but then I decided I would just eat it there. I have to admit it's probably the best burger McDonald's has had since the McDLT. This is this is a big burger. I think most normal people would struggle to finish it but I hadn't eaten since the night before and probably could have gotten another one but I wouldn't spending $20 on two burgers. Also the crew here was very nice and seem to be helping each other out and there was no attitude. It was also nicely done inside which kind of shocked me. They have a nice outdoor sitting area and there was a lady sitting out there with a Dalmatian so I guess they are pet friendly.
