We placed an order early in the morning and waited all day until the pickup time at 9 PM. Drove to the restaurant to pick it up and the quietest person I've ever met proceeded to barely whisper that they can't fulfill it because they "don't have the equipment from Too Good to Go." What equipment do you need to put leftover food in a box and put it in my hand?

I’ll be calling corp tomorrow 😡

CUSTOMERS CANT SEE DOORDASH DROP OFFS! Pizza Hut, please explain to them that they have to knock on the door or we won’t know My fiancé was sitting in the living room by the door waiting for delivery and the dasher walked up at some point and left the food on our wet doormat. And we didn’t know until he left to get a remade order and the boxes were on the ground, pizza cold. The five stars is for the Pizza Hut staff, they’re great. Door dash is trash.
