- ABAm B.Jul 30, 20265.0Chloe absolutely crushed it when it came to my drink. I’ve watched every episode of the barista playoffs on espn and I don’t think they hold a candle to Chloe. The dirty chai I had sent me back to my spiritual trip to India. I imagined myself in the streets of Bangladesh sipping a chai while being energized by the shot of espresso. I would’ve never tried this if my master barista, chloe, had never recommended this to me. They have earned a customer for life. I would die in the coffee wars against Starbucks if it meant glory to Dunkin

Customer service should make people feel respected, but instead I felt like I was an inconvenience. A little kindness and respect go a long way, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. I hope management addresses this because no customer should leave feeling the way I did.

- ZZZillyWillyJun 10, 20263.0First, I’d like to say the gm, Gabe, was super sweet and very helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help the best he can. But the food has gone downhill in the past year. Cold food, food that’s not fresh, etc. The rest of the workers there are pretty rude and when I politely tried to explain to them that my cheese was cold on my hash browns, one of the workers in the back was visibly complaining and cussing about me. I didn’t want to be a bother but fast food is now pretty expensive, so when I pay for food, I want it to be hot and fresh. I think the employees need to do better on being respectful and friendly even when things don’t go smoothly. Accidents happen, and people have bad days, but this wasn’t my first experience.
