  I don’t know who answered the phone I asked about a DoorDash order I just placed there and when I asked about it, I was met with I don’t have that order, and having the person give me an attitude over it. As someone who’s worked in the same industry as Arby’s that’s absolutely uncalled for and absolutely inappropriate to be treated that way.

  Today I ordered two roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwiches no red onion yet I received two roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwiches with extra red onion and no tomato... When we called to address this issue the first woman that answered the phone said she thought the order read no tomato extra red onion then she handed the phone to a manager who said we would have to drive 10 minutes back to Arby's from our home because their policy is to have the old sandwiches before making new sandwiches even though we said we weren't coming back today because we had already spent 20 minutes round trip and that would be 40 minutes total spent trying to get the appropriate sandwiches that I had ordered in the first place.. This was during rush hour traffic and the continuous road work that plagues Cross Lanes! Unsure of the manager's name that I was talking to on the phone, but every time I said "you guys made the sandwich wrong" or "your policy" obviously referring to Arby's, she kept interrupting me to say, "SHE didn't make the sandwich and it's not HER policy, it's the restaurants" - Terrible customer service! Update on 5/18/26: Tammy (which I believe is the general manager) called me this morning from a customer survey I filled out and apologized for the manager's behavior and did offer to remake our two sandwiches which is all that we wanted so I've updated this review from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️.

  They literally NOT ONCE in 10 years of going to this restaurant have they given me all the food I ordered on the first try. How hard is it to look at a list and compare it to what you have in front of you. I genuinely don't know how they could consistently train new people to be this incompetent. I even make it easy for them and put it all into a mobile order so they don't even have to use their ears. But no EVERY SINGLE TIME I get home and I have 40% of my order. I keep giving them another chance cause they are one of the few fast food options around here but never again.
