  Went through the 1st drive thru to place an order. Order was not displayed on the screen. Which I find totally annoying and just plain wrong since that's what it's supposed to do. The girl said the order total was $16.02. I canceled the order due to it not being displayed on the screen, before I paid, where I could see it. I go into Beckley place the same exact order, in which it was displayed on the drive thru screen and the total was 15.81 there. So now I feel like your establishment is ripping people off and was told, "I guess it's broken". Probably should get that fixed! Paying for your order and seeing it on your receipt after you already paid is WRONG!

  Wish I could do zero stars. This place is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with it.

  Pretty much same as most locations. This particular location tends to mess up the orders pretty often. With that being said the turn over rate must be high because you see new faces all the time. If you can not keep employees you are constantly training new hires. You get what you pay for. Overall everything looked clean

  They're rude half the time and they halfway fill the drinks, even the frappes, the fries and nuggets are never fresh and they are messy with their sandwiches, they be skimping on the condiments big time. I'm fed up with it and won't be back. Prices continue to rise and the service and quality just keeps getting worse!!!
