The restaurant was empty but as soon as I entered the door I was met with customer service " hello welcome to Qdoba how may be serve you". My server was Seth and while looking at the menu Seth encouraged me with a few samples of the food selection I was thinking of which helped me make my choice of an amazing rice bowl. The food was made fast and great portions. Then Nick checked me out and asked me the follow up questions of anything else I wanted to purchase and greeted me with excellent communication and customer service. Thank you both Nick and Seth for Your great customer service
- NNnatasha nottinghamApr 17, 20265.0I ordered from this resturant for 2 of the kits (feeding 4-6 people) one of steak and one chicken. It was so much food I really wish I had gotten the employees name, it could've posibly been the manager or shift lead but their customer service was truly exceptional. My mobile order was scheduled to be picked up at 7:45 i went in at about 7:40 just to see if it was ready lol but the employee said it was just about ready the only thing that was holding them up was the steak. The employee that let me know it would be about 20 more minutes and gave me a complimentary drink. They were very apologetic. i went back to my car. It was only about 3 minutes later and the employee brings the food out, made sure all the hot and cold products were separated and made sure I didn't need any cutlery. Im not someone to leave a review. But thank you for the great experience!
