Missing wings. Called store , got passed around from multiple people . Eventually spoke to the General Manager who told me he needed me to bring all of the food back . Intially , when I told him it was supposed to be 20 wings, he said they only did 15. I then had to read to him my order (from online) for him to believe I had ordered 20 wings, including the breakdown of flavors . I explained to him (politely at this point) that I was a nurse and was at work and couldn’t leave . He responded with “you Don’t work all day everyday do you ?”. Taken aback, I scoffed and said “no” but that I did until late for multiple days . At this point he stated it could be “three days down the road” but that my order had to be brought back to prove that I was missing the wings and that was “simply wingstop’s policy”. The mistake was never corrected .

I normally give a new place a month or 2 to get themselves sorted, but I'm from Baltimore and im used to having wingstops nearby. Its been almost 2 years since I've been to one now and with a good ufc card tonight I said screw it and picked some up to remind me of old times with my friends at home.
Food was absolutely as good as I remembered. Staff is brand new as its a new building, and the staff leans on the younger side so they may not have the experience, but I thought they handled an overwhelming amount of order with speed and care. Nobody seemed overwhelmed or took out frustrations on customers or anything like that. I was pretty impressed honestly, because I know those situations can go south fast.
Food took a long time. I didn't order ahead and knew going in that id have a wait. Again, they're new, people in this area haven't had a wingstop, its gonna take a while. If you expect to walk in and out on your lunch break, either order way ahead of time or wait until the new hype has died down.
Interior itself is well designed with large pictures and easy breakdowns for sauce flavors. They obviously see this as a long term establishment and the set up was more upscale than I've seen at other locations.
It wasn't dirty or anything but obviously with the new hype audience still there, things weren't necessarily as orderly as id expect in a few months time.
All of that to say, I think theres a real strong foundation, especially for a new establishment. Staff is already strong as is and only going to get better, I have a good feeling ill be updating this review to a 5 in the future.

I'm not sure if its because they are freshly opened, short staff or just not properly trained but I was very excited to try Wingstop and was met with massive disappointment. The location is just in an awful tight knit highly traffic area. Parking is not great. I placed a pick up order for my family of 5. 6 garlic parm tenders, 6 hot honey tenders, 6 mojo tenders, and 12 plain tenders along with fries. We arrived a few minutes after pick up time. The order was still not ready for another 15 minutes. Was a little irritated but not upset We got the bag to the car and noticed immediately that the ranch was busted in the bottom of the bag. Now I was frustrated. Get the food home open the tenders and they are drenched in butter. I ate two tenders because that's all I could handle my family and I had diarrhea for 2 days after wards. I will not be trying again in the near future and I hope they get their stuff together.
Hope the management is reading these reviews and using this information to change their store to succeed.
We stopped by for some late night wings tonight, our standards were not that high, we just wanted something warm and edible, and I thought the reviews were exaggerating but as I read the last review about too many employees talking while the few in the back drown I was watching the same thing happen with us waiting 20 minutes behind other mobile orders at 1 AM
Genuinely 5-7 employees just standing around/sitting on the countertops talking while you can see the ones in the back go back and forth
As we are going home, I open and check the fries in the bag and they are not just luke-warm, or a little cold, they are "SITTING OUT FOR 3 HOURS" cold. I was disgusted that someone could even serve fries this cold with a clean conscience. Whoever served us those fries, how do you go to sleep at night?
TLDR; there is too many people hired, more people talking than doing literally anything else, the wait was 30 minutes and all of the food served cold with fries being HOURS OLD
It's a new place, so will be gentle and went there because my 14 year old granddaughter and friend "had" to have it. The good: food was mostly just OK and wing size good, got to try the fried corn. The bad: starts with the location with horrible parking (3rd party delivery drivers using traffic lane and handicap parking), restaurant is way undersized with all limited seating right at ordering line or in bathroom hallway, very disorganized and order taker wasn't exactly skilled and caused additional charges on each of 3 combos despite very clear orders (upcharged for larger drinks despite being told to provide sizes that normally come with the combos), waited about an hour for order to be ready, the wings were slightly undercooked to my taste and experience and not particularly flavorful (their original buffalo is so so weak, no salt or pepper to be found nor hot sauce to give them some flavor and bit of heat), the wing dips (ranch and Bleu cheese) were all watery and above room temperature (maybe warmer than the food?) and just completely lacking in any taste or quality, the fries were very sad portions and lots of bits and pieces, the fried corn really wasn't very flavorful and certainly no buttery goodness, dirty table tops and everything comes in excessive wasteful packaging even when eating in, very loud sparse industrial atmosphere with zero acoustics to manage noise and unfriendly to little ones. I'll stick with local places and not this franchise. Not sure this place will survive the initial novelty and location with parking issues and no appropriate seating (did I mention that the majority of seating is a bathroom hallway?).
