- KSKelsey Stover2 days ago1.0Tried this place for the 2nd time tried to give it another chance. When we come to Charleston we usually do something for the kids then come to eat. There was water all in the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. The food seriously needs some work to it because it wasn’t good at all. The salad bar was good. That’s about it. This was the second time came back since last year. Last year it wasn’t the best either but we said hey it’s been a year let’s try again. I don’t think we will be back. The staff food and atmosphere really needs some updating.
- EFErika FrickSep 27, 20265.0Food was good, but Brandon, our waiter, was the icing on the cake. He was incredibly kind and personable.
- JLJason LewisSep 25, 20262.0The food was of extremely poor quality. I had the breakfast bar. I feel as though they should have paid me for making an appearance. I am guessing the soup kitchen would almost have to put down a better spread. When I was younger I worked at the fifth quarter next to the civic center,it was owned by shoneys. The food there was excellent. This place needs a page out of the fifth quarter's playbook.
- JWJay WilliamsSep 22, 20264.0Not many Shoney's left out there, this one is still the same as it was back in the day. All you can eat buffet and on Monday nights it's senior dinner night and you get the buffet and a drink for $9.99.
- PDPricilla DylanSep 9, 20265.0Cookie and the manager working the day me and my fiancé came to eat went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh, delicious, and clean. I can’t remember the managers name I know it was a guy. But yes they both did an excellent job. The hash browns were so good and Cookie made sure the gravy I wanted was made and came out so delicious.
