I was expecting more of a variety for the price. Our waitress, Maralie I think was her name. Brought our drinks and 5 min later brought us our check. Who does that? It was like she was done waiting on us from the beginning? She never came to check on us like waitresses are supposed to do. She was unfriendly and acted like we were a burden to her. She is working the wrong profession if her customer service skills are the way they are. When we paid I mentioned our waitress to the young lady at the register and she didn't apologize for her or anything. She didn't say a word. I would not recommend this location at all.

It was some of the worse tasting (so called Salisbury Steak), I've ever had. There was no gravy for the mashed potatoes, I tried some Mac and cheese, (Italian pasta salad, which was good), chicken pot pie I didn't see or taste any chicken. It was just vegetables sauce and a biscuit. They did away with our Shoneys restaurant in Parkersburg WV years ago and I don't know why. The food there was always great. When I found out Charleston WV had a Shoneys I was excited about getting to eat there again. I guess that got shot out of the water. I'm very disappointed 😞 😔 😕 😪
