    Exceptional staff and high quality sandwiches which is my expectation at JJ's nationwide!! Though I have never been disappointed at any JJ, Charleston WV's staff was next level professional! Fix the potholes in the drive thru, and you will be cooking with gas.

    The reason for not giving a 5 star is the pot hole I. The drive thru will swallow a truck. Get it fixed or atleast mark it so people do not tear up their cars. No napkins on a drive thru order was the other reason. Overall love the food.
