  Went thru to grab 1 glazed, 1 blueberry glazed and 1 cruller, they didn’t have any cruller left so they offered me something else, I went with sour cream. I ended up leaving with two of each donut and two free strawberry glazed. The atmosphere is so nice and friendly I would come here daily if I could, the ladies behind the counter have exemplary customer service.

  Staff was friendly and nice. However, they are all young and more concerned with phones and socializing. Hopefully, this was just a one time experience.

  LOVE THIS DUNKIN 🖤🤍so far my fave one to go to & my stuff is 99% of the time perfect; usually get iced coffees & doughnuts (which are so fresh) but there’s a couple girlies need an attitude adjustment cause this morning who ever got me my mobile order made me feel uncomfortable. For the most part there’s a lotta sweet ladies there so just sucked goin to my fave place like I do everyday to have to feel like that “/

  This is the best Dunkin' in Charleston, by far. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The food comes out quickly and as pictured/expected. It's a pleasure to visit this location!

  Rude? Really, lol. So tried to go into the lobby at 630am–locked. I asked through the drive-through what time the lobby opened, and they said that they were shortstaffed—- there after she told me that I was being rude—— I guess asking what time they open their lobby is considered rude— I truly get some places to get shortstaffed— but maybe handle it in a different way. Don’t tell your customers that they’re rude when they ask what time you open the lobby. Ps there’s another donut shop less than a mile away. It’s got a lot better rating. People don’t have to come because it’s Dunkin’.
