- TLTyler LivelyAug 27, 20261.0I come to my favorite place to eat on my birthday. I go through the line, order my food and get to check out. There is a promo today for double protein for free. I explain to the cashier that I would like to use that promo and she manually tries to enter it into the register and it doesn’t work. I told her that’s fine, I’ll just get out of line and order it through the app so I wouldn’t hold up the line and they could just hand me my food right? No, instead they threw my food away and made the guy who is working on delivery orders remake my burrito. He had to make about 10 burritos/bowls before he could re make mine. I waited 30 minutes so my lunch break was pretty much over. In what world are we throwing away a freshly made burrito instead of just giving it to me and making the mobile order guy remake it? Waste of time for me, waste of time and resources for a company. The mobile order guy had no fault in this.

- MOMr toung Big oneJul 9, 20261.0First time here took daughter and granddaughter she's 12 I got tomatoes and the lettuce cheese covered them started eating and no one told me the tomatoes had onions which I CANNOT HAVE and couple other juices in them which set off my acid reflux and pancrititas DAM SHOULDN'T SOMEONE TELL U ITS NOT JUST TOMATOES NOW CHEST THROAGHT FEELS LIKE ITS ON FIRE THANKS ALOT oh and daughter said her chicken was burnt
