  Unmentioned policy of no longer taking pennies left me with a handful of unwanted change. I paid in cash exactly what the price was so I wouldn’t get a bunch of change back. They then handed me back 95 cents in change along with the 3 pennies I had given them saying they couldn’t accept my pennies & my bill was rounded up to the nearest nickel. I’m not upset about not taking pennies or raising my cost by a few cents but had I been informed prior I would have given them enough money so I didn’t get a handful of change back.

  I love Arby's food, but I cannot get away from their Greek Gyro (yummy) & their French Dip Sandwich (mmmmm). I have also tried their Fish Sandwich (good). They usually have good service & a helpful & friendly staff. I always enjoy my meals at Arby's.

  The food was great, we had double cheddar and beef sandwiches with curly fries. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was good and hot which sometimes is hard to find at fast food places these days. Overall a very good experience.

  Don’t order a jamocha shake. They will give you vanilla instead. And when you tell them about the error they will argue with you about it and say they can’t give you a refund because they are not allowed to.
