  Unfortunately, the service at this location continues to be inconsistent. We were given the wrong size drinks, our potato cakes were forgotten, and even after asking twice for Horsey sauce and ketchup, they still weren't included in the bag. The employees were polite, and they did make the drink situation right by letting us keep the smaller drinks, so I appreciate that. However, this is the second visit where we've had multiple issues with our order at this location. I'm not sure what the issue is, our receipt clearly said large, not medium, not small, large. Then forgetting half our meal is pretty bad. We're going to try the MacCorkle location from now on.

  My order was completely wrong. How hard is it to take an order at a fast food restaurant? Ordered at 930pm on July 14th and I was the only one in the drive through at the time so they werent busy.

  Chose to eat here bc it was a more slower restaurant and found out why it's always slow. Staff was not friendly and when they didn't ring my order up correctly after repeating it 3 times they acted like it was somehow my fault. As for the food it was not good like others I've stopped at. Fries was hard like they was over cooked my sandwich barely had any condiments. Overall I will eat from a gas station before I pull into this parking lot again.

  this is the second time I’ve had issues w this location. They’ve never honored my deals on the app, they instead try to tell me it doesn’t work on their end and make me pay full price even though clearly on the app it’s eligible. They never make my order correctly, always forgetting something. I give you my hard earned money the only thing I ask is that you have more attention to detail. Don’t forget the curly fries. Honor my deals on the app. It’s literally so simple. Unless someone reaches out with something they can do for me, this location has forever lost my business.
