  This Papa John's use to be good. I use to order at least once a week. I dont know what happened but starting about 2-3 months ago the quality declined significantly. Deliveries are cold and when you ask the manager about it she says "its not their fault, it is what it is" when really she is just letting them sit too long in the warmer instead of actually just managing her drivers. It didn't use to be like that so what changed? If you order square cut they just dont do it. The crust is over proofed which makes it hollow and flat. Toppings are less for more money. If you choose a sauce they just send the default sauce. Its just gross which is sad because I can order in Martinsburg and its delicious. I now order from Pizza City or Dominos. This isnt a one time thing, they consistently suck now.

  Unsanitary kitchen staff. Watched employee lick fingers while cutting pizza with no gloves. Waited an hour for one pizza and watched it sit behind the counter for another 10 minutes as all staff were too busy to acknowledge customers waiting inside. Asked politely if it was mine after a few minutes and was literally ignored.

  The so called manager Name Kendra was rude and unprofessional just sitting in the back while a employee struggles I couldn't believe it!

  Average pizza that you would expect from a Papa John’s, however the delivery service is terrible. The last two times we ordered pizza it took an hour and a half to get it delivered. Not sure what happened to this place but it’s struggling.
