  My sister and I came in to buy 2 birthday balloons for her birthday celebration. The staff member, Nichole or Nikki with the black bob, glasses and bangs, didn’t explain that it was $18 per balloon — she made it sound like $18 for both. When we got to the register the total was much higher, so we asked to speak with a manager just to understand the charge. Instead, Nichole/Nikki responded with attitude, said ‘18 plus 18 is 36… yeah that’s adding’ and then yelled at me for staring in disbelief at how we were being spoken to. We were fully prepared to pay, but we didn’t expect to be spoken to that way, especially on a special occasion. We love martins, we come here all the time. The staff is always lovely, except for Nichole. I Would be coming in to complain to the general manager and would love corporate number.

  The woman named Nicole/Nikki with the black bob was extremely rude and unprofessional. Martins seriously needs to do better with who they hire. We were simply staring at her in disbelief because of how horrible her customer service was, and she started yelling at us and acting all smart mouth while on the clock. Employees should not be treating customers this way, and her behavior deserves to be addressed immediately. PS: If you bring your own balloons just to be filled with air, expect to be charged $37.98 and served with an attitude too, after Nicole originally told us the price would only be $18 and failed to mention that was the price for each balloon, not both. Had the pricing been explained clearly upfront, we could’ve decided whether we were comfortable paying that amount before the service was done. It honestly made my birthday experience upsetting, especially after we still chose to pay the full amount to avoid causing problems.

  Aver help me find what I was looking for stuffed salmon very polite then Justin help me get my Delicious fish is very kind to talk to. I appreciate good service!!

  This is a must miss. This is the third time I've gone into the store and couldn't find anything. I understand remodelling, but you can't find anything and even after wandering around I finally gave up and bought their store brand because I couldn't find the one I wanted. Next time I'm shopping elsewhere. I think they lost me as a customer for a long time.
