  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Here right now. They messed up my ordered. Gave me 1 of my drinks someone else’s drink and someone else’s sandwiches. I went in to get the right order they gave me the wrong order again. And told me I only ordered 1 sandwich when I ordered 2. Staff were very rude. Would not recommend this dunkin.

  This is the third time I’ve ordered from this store. They have yet to get a caramel macchiato correct. Today’s is the worst I have ever had. It is completely undrinkable.

  Went in with my husband with intentions of getting a drink, but after watching the cashier struggle to ring up a xl coffee and an everything bagel with extra veggie cream cheese and then continue to tell us our total, I figured it would be too difficult for her to figure out how to add another drink. My husbands coffee came out pretty quick, but we waited for about 10 minutes before we were asked if we were waiting on anything. Yeah, that Everything Bagel with Extra Veggie Cream Cheese. We were shortly after given a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. You need some employees that actually care. There was a gentleman in there that was extremely nice and respectful, but the young girl at the counter just gave serious attitude. I’m a victim of having bad RBF myself, but put on a smile when a customer walks in. It genuinely made me want to turn around and walk out

  I rarely do this because I work in the food industry so I understand things happen, but wow this was terrible. First, I stood inside for nearly 10 minutes before being helped. There was only 1 other customer, and 3 employees. One of whom was standing near the register not doing anything. All 3 of them saw me, and never said anything. Then I'm finally helped, zero customer service skills. No smile, no nicities, nothing. Just what do you want? Then 2 different people made my drink, I ordered 1. After another 10 minutes they realize I'm still standing there, and ask why. I also ordered a sandwich. No one has gone to make it. While I was there, at least 2 other customers got the wrong drink as well. Then I go to eaty sandwich after leaving and bite into something hard as a rock that I couldn't identify. This location needs help.
