  Personally, I like the establishment, but yesterday evening was different. I asked for a flavored iced coffee & was being so rudely told " what ? what is it you want ? " I had already said what flavor & she proceeded to tell me , " thats not how you say it , that's not what it is " . We are all human & not to mention ADULTS here . I know how to say " Pumpkin Swirl " . I was ashamed by how I was spoke to at the speaker box . Then I approach the window, where she then proceeds to tell me " so you know I wasn't being a smart @** " . Im thinking to myself, you know what you were doing, just give me what I paid for so I can leave . Not sure if this woman is new , was my first time seeing her there . Other than that , the staff is typically very kind . Seems they've got a bad apple though .

  I was disappointed to find out that this location would not allow me to redeem my Dunkin Rewards through the drive-thru. I was told that if I wanted to use my reward, I had to park and go inside. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go inside, so I wasn't able to use the reward I had earned. For me, that defeats much of the convenience of using the Dunkin app and the drive-thru. It was frustrating enough that I haven't been back to Dunkin since. Hopefully this location changes this policy or updates its system so rewards can be redeemed through the drive-thru.

  Best latte I’ve ever had from a Dunkin establishment. Seriously the best - not too sweet or bitter. Service was quick and nice too!

  Best bacon egg and cheese I ever had. Really well made. Nice new place, good service
