  Apparently this location does not honor app promotions?, that's fine. Letting people check out thinking they still had the promotion applied without any notification before being charged is basically theft.

  Its been bout 2 years since I ate here. Wasn't disappointed, I only like the buffalo chicken sliders but I tried the ham sliders very good

  Don’t sleep on this Arby’s, they know what they’re doing and take pride in what they give the customer. Kinda catches me off guard in this town haha

  I was in their for the first time today I ordered a Classic roast beef sandwich i was charged $1 extra for 3 slivers of onion. No more for me Roy Rogers does not charge for onions. Reply What is the confusion i was still charged $1 for 3 slivers of onion not very good customer service

  My wife and I do not have an Arby's near our home but whenever we are on a road trip, it's one of our go to stops. We never felt the need to leave a review but the Arby's in Charles Town made an impression. The 4 young men working here were high energy. Service was fast and they were working as a team. We even got to enjoy a little country music (some of it sung by the staff). Thanks guys - You made our day, made us smile and we will surely be back next time we're passing through Charles Town!
