  I've always preferred Pizza Hut the most because of the original pan crust, always only get either the original pan or stuffed crust sometimes and last the cheese sticks.my closest location was Weston WV roughly about 9 miles from my home, however, they permanently closed around the time of the pandemic. The the closest location(s) is either Buckhannon 16 miles away or Clarksburg Wv 19 miles away. Not real far but basically double the distance. My vehicle is V8 so i expect it to be edible which usually is. I get light sauce always on all pizza which is 50/50 on being adhered to everything else is always either really good, good or just ok. I can deal with all that but called in so it'd be ready but had trouble understanding person that took order he repeated the order back to me and was able to eventually understand, all was good. Now he didnt ask my name to identify me to my order they normally ask if the name is same as all previous orders. I get there and am told can't find anything under first or last name or even phone number the girl was nice and after describing the order she finally found it & she apologized. Quickly checked to see if the toppings were all correct, the crust appeared as usual. Get home the pizza was smothered in sauce, flimsy like a new york thin style, bottom slightly soggy due to overloaded sauce and the crust was doughy and slightly tough. Later look at receipt and it said : hand tossed crust. Entire ordeal was screwed from the beginning. Not gonna go back and burn more gas. I am pretty patient and understanding to these things but this time I'm very aggravated. It'll be a LONG time before i give them another chance or even if i do. I was getting 1 for my Dad which is ailing and 1 for me and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were only edible part. I'll just get Caesar's deep dish or Domino's pan, if something is wrong it's not as big of deal to return. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

  The food here has always been hot and delicious. It's what you would expect a Pizza Hut to be. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing and service was good. The woman that waited on me was also who say me and I was greeted promptly at the door and my drink was immediately brought out to me. I will definitely come back again when the mood hits.
