- CSCourtney SargentOct 3, 20262.0Everytime I go to this establishment there is one cashier open with a line out to the hall. No urgency from managers to remedy problem. Ive seen managers look right at the lines and retreat to the back. Two times today I went for a REFILL, not even an order, and stood in line for over 13 minutes before getting serviced after MULTIPLE employees came out from the back, looked at the line, and never once jumped on a register. Hire more employees. I know of 2 people that were interviewed and hired 3 weeks ago. Then, since management changed they then got phone calls they had to reinterview with the "new team" and they "werent a fit after all". Maybe you should go ahead and hire those people so customers aren't standing in line forever. Wonderful food, not enough staff, zero urgency from managers.

Terrible service I go to the location 4/5 times a week. I will be going to McDonald's in the future. You don't close until 10p you don't close until then. Kati the manger just said sorry as fake as possible. Very unhappy customers.

When she went back to get fresh ones, a manager said "this is the last time we are giving you free food. I looked you up and you return a lot of food." She replied "only when it's not fresh." I gave 3 stars because my sandwich was great and the kids working there are friendly. I think the manager was out of line.
