  I hadn’t been to this location in years, I usually go to the Bluefield VA location just a few minutes away. The service has been poor in Bluefield Va for some time so I decided to go to the Bluefield Ave location. My experience was 100000x better! The staff is so much friendlier, the service was faster, and honestly the food is prepared far better. All items are placed neatly in the bag and not thrown in or messy. I was extremely impressed!

  No matter how many times I come here, it only gets worse. I went through drive through the person who took my order was standoffish and rude. I get to the window, they take my payment that goes fine, i get to the window for the food. They tell me to go sit in a stall. I've never had my food. Just handed to me at their window. Even after having sat and given them ample time they did not give me the mcdouble I paid for. I am extremely disappointed at this location
