  This Place needs a good cleaning and for $1.79 per taco they need to start putting something on them. Skimping tacos!!! Wouldn’t recommend

  went over to the harper rd taco bell about 3pm on 6/2/26 Noone was at counter so I ordered on kiosk and tried to pay with cash still Noone at counter except for guy leaning against drive thru windows just playing on his phone I even said excuse me at one point no response I stood there a good 5+ minutes just trying to get someone attention Noone was to be found and the person who was there was just playing on there phone.

  Terrible customer service. Missing items, the tacos we did get were completely smashed into pieces. Nacho fries and cinnamon twist were half full. The lady working the register seemed high. We weren’t even around the building and they were all outside smoking and vaping on the sidewalk and even in front of the front door ; they had to follow my husband in so he could get the missing food. To beat it all they had rap music blaring and we could hear it over the drive through speaker and the once again as the guy sat on the sidewalk in front of the door. Unbelievable!
