  Paid for our meal at the touch screen. The employee that delivered our food claimed the card didn't go through and asked for our card. When we got home I called the bank and we were charged twice. Called Sonic's customer support and spoke with a lady with such a bad foreign accent I had to strain to try to understand her. I think she said they are going to contact the restaurant. I have little hope this will get resolved. Location has very questionable staff and Sonic's customer support is apparently outsourced to Abu Dhabi, so, I'd pay with cash if you go here. I won't be going back ever.

  So first off I guess different locations have different nuggets. The first one we went had real chicken nugs but the second we went to had processed nugs. Their $7 meal is what we had both times and for the money it was great both places. Just inconsistency between restaurants knocked it down for me. I would have given it a 4.5 if I could.

  My large family had the absolute fastest and friendly service! Food was hot and tasty. Was nice to have the indoor seating.

  Sonic Drive-In in Beckley, West Virginia has, not only, amazing food and beverages, but also the absolute best employees! They make your dining experience enjoyable enough to forget that, yes, the prices are a little tough to swallow, pun intended. I highly recommend when you're on Harper Road in Beckley, make your way to Sonic for a delicious meal and a refreshing drink!
