  Paid for our meal at the touch screen. The employee that delivered our food claimed the card didn't go through and asked for our card. When we got home I called the bank and we were charged twice. Called Sonic's customer support and spoke with a lady with such a bad foreign accent I had to strain to try to understand her. I think she said they are going to contact the restaurant. I have little hope this will get resolved. Location has very questionable staff and Sonic's customer support is apparently outsourced to Abu Dhabi, so, I'd pay with cash if you go here. I won't be going back ever. It's now been over a week. Contacted customer service again, they apologized and said that the store would contact us....Nope, they never contacted us. Filed a claim with the bank.
