  Pizzahut on Harper road is trap anymore took forever to get my food and while waiting I tried playing the claw machine but it just stole my money when I asked the guy about it he just said yeah that one has been messed up and there's nothing we can do about it cause we don't own it. I beg to differ the simple solution is put an out of order sign on the one that doesn't work so you don't let your customers lose their money but of course they really don't care if especially since they know its messed up

  Normally Pizza Hut is spot on. Now to be honest I did not stress "WELL DONE", but usually with P. Hut don't have to like with their competitors. But pizza was done and ready before I arrived and Service was polite and did not have to wait. I was in and out so fast I'm not sure if the door had time to close before I was back out. For my taste was Under Baked, and hardly No Cheese. Could see the dough between toppings where Cheese should have been! I do have to mention the Pizza Hut in Kanawha City in Charleston WV is a must stop. I get a pizza to go once a month when I'm through there. And is always perfect. And is a nice quiet place to take a date for Pizza, Salad bar & Pitcher of Draft before going to the house.

  I mean is it really that hard to cut pizza. A 4 year old could do better than this place can. Ridiculous.

  Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff and the pizza was very good.

  I placed a order at this location for pick up at 6:20pm, the pizza hut app told me 20minutes this would be ready. I arrived right at 6:50pm. Walked in told the gentlemen my name for pick up he assured my 5 more minutes its in the over now. No big deal they were a little busy. By 7:30 I asked if my order was ready when the lady came to the counter. She looked and they never even started my order. This is twice now that this has happend. Twice now I have asked for a refund because it has been well over an hour each time for 1 pizza. The first time they gave my order to someone else this time they never even started it.
