  Recommend getting rid of the table tablets… this is not the first time we’ve gotten a charge for the tablet games despite no one actually playing them… it seems like if you even look at games on the tablet it charges you. Most restaurants with electronic pay use QR codes on the receipts.

  Great place in Beckley for a Saturday night dinner. It is right across from The Courtyard Marriott. The service was excellent and the food was great too. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of our waitress, but she was amazingly warm.

  Our server, Chris, managed our very large table with kindness and perfect service. The food was well prepared and delicious. Literally nothing could have been better. Best Outback experience of my life and best chain restaurant service, quality of food, and attention to detail that I’ve seen in quite a long time.

  The restaurant is almost freezing, the bartender has no clue what is wine or what goes with the meal 🙄 "house salad" is some lettuce with a pile of grated cheese from Costco on top, seriously? Don't understand the rating for this place...

  Good morning. My name is Melinda Thompson, and I would just like to reach out and let you know about one of your employees at the Beckley, West Virginia location. Her name is Hayley and she was working take away. I got a take out order from your location at about 9:30 last evening. (4/11/26) I had a really bad day, I just wanted to have dinner and end it on a higher note that it had been all day. Haley is truly an asset to your restaurant. She is sweet, she is cheerful, she is everything you want in an employee representing your restaurant. She told me she’s a senior in high school, and she wants to be a teacher, but she really loved working for you all too. And it shows. She’d worked a double, and was at the end of what I assume was probably a very long day. I guess really, it shows the effort and care you put into your employee so kudos to you all as well. Have a great day.
