It took us 20 minutes for 1 cinnamon roll ice coffee that was $7 dollar plus a $2 tip, it was DISGUSTING!! It had no sweetness and the coffee was bitter. I’m very disappointed, I love the concept but the drink I received was un drinkable:/

We stopped to get coffee our on trip home back to NY and were met with a very kind brewista. we didn’t get her name but she was the brunette with blue eyes taking orders outside. She was very helpful in explaining the sweetness and what to pick (menu has many options). my wife and I don’t really like too much sugar in our tea and coffee. 1/4 sweet was enough for us for my cold brew and her Cloud 9 earl grey. Thank you for the suggestions and great customer service!

Staff is always polite and very helpful. I get in and out quickly but still able to converse with the staff. Also I love the variety of drinks you offer, I think I’m addicted 🤣🤣 so happy that you opened a store in my little town of Beckley WV. When I first started coming here I didn’t know much about your products but the staff made me feel comfortable and let me take my time to order and they even suggested some there favorite drinks.

Coffee is good. Staff is generally good other than getting the proper cars in the line in the order they came. Biggest COMPLIANT is the staff reports that corporate either does not order enough or does not send enough drinkable lids for Large drinks. This has happened not once, not twice, but over 5 times. Corporate, seriously how hard is this to get under control? This makes me want to switch back to Dunkin, Hilltop or The Chocolate Moose.
