  Coffee is mid but my girlfriend likes it, and the setup is interesting and fun. Problem is that there are consistently long wait times due to excessive yapping amongst the staff. I've gotten coffee here several times and almost every time there is an unnecessary wait created by staff talking and not working, either amongst themselves or to their friends in the drive through. Yesterday I waited over fifteen minutes on two of the servers talking to their friend at the front of the line, wasting the time of at least seven cars worth of people in the process. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had run out of something and needed time to get it or make it. I don't know, there just had to be some other way to explain what I was seeing, because surely they could not, would not, literally just be brazenly shooting the amp;@# in direct line of sight of 7+ customers not caring that they're wasting their time. Nope. When the driver finally left, they didn't hand them anything, they just ended the conversation and drove off. So, as far as I can tell, the latter explanation is exactly what was happening. Unbelievable.

  First time, attendee taking or was friendly and patient, the line moved fast. Drinks are very good and served with a smile. Purchased: Funnel Cake Chiller Sweet & Salty

  Drinks are soooo yummy!!! Every time I’ve ever came (a lot of times), the customer service has been excellent! Very friendly staff. I’m so thankful Beckley opened a 7Brew!

  Ordered a Cookies n Cream milkshake on 7/26/26. I don't know what the heck they made , but it was not a milkshake!! It looked more like an Iced Coffee. Called to complain and the automated system said that they weren't equipped to handle this and to call back Monday through Friday. Really!!!??
