  The staff is always friendly. The drinks are usually good the couple times though they have been lacking flavor. Idk what that is about. Overall always enjoy my drinks.

  * In response to the business’s comments about the traffic congestion and safety issues that I pointed out - Your business is not concerned about the community because other citizens besides myself have previously pointed out the traffic safety issues/concerns in the past and still nothing has been resolved. No solutions such as cones, improved parking lot design to alleviate traffic congestion, employees delivering their orders to designated parking areas, traffic control officers,etc. have been implemented. Your generically generated response to my issue does not actually address the problem and only further demonstrates the business’ lack of care. I pointed out several examples of how to possibly address this problem in a matter of minutes and the business has had months to respond, however has done nothing. The business runs a Mother’s Day special and does not properly prepare for the large numbers of people who will stop at the location thereby causing a traffic jam in the parking lot. The business is not a thoughtful or concerned community member who should have properly anticipated this situation and made arrangements for traffic control and safety. Hundreds of other motorists were unnecessarily delayed and angry because of the business’ lack of preparation or concern for others •Apparently previous reviews regarding the traffic / safety concerns was not taken seriously by this establishment
