  Edit 5/16/26 After speaking with the manager of the store he explained that there has been issues with the website and app changing the selected details of the order. The crew members are now being coached by the manager to ensure the quality of service. To properly coat the wings with the rub or sauce. To make sure the crust is correct. The manager has been very responsive and has remade the pizza for me. The crust was delicious and I do love a good cheese pull. Thank you for quickly addressing the issues and for making my pizza for me. Thank you for the nostalgia. My kids enjoyed it. For Mother’s Day I wanted a Super supreme pizza. I got a meat lovers with jalapeño peppers. Not only was this pizza the wrong toppings. It was a thin crust. I paid extra for a pan crust. I paid extra for the topping I wanted. Their chicken wings were all flats except for one. The chicken tasted like you do not get orders often for that particular item. The wings tasted as though no effort was put in this seasoning being applied. did you not want to make the dough for a pan pizza or are you used to just assuming your Customer will accept your lack of effort? I have not made a review in a long time since moving to West Virginia. You have inspired me to actually leave a review. There is a reason why the Little Caesars has so much business. This is why Pizza Hut is pretty much bankrupt. Consistency and quality is everything. I wouldn’t even care if the crew was rude if my food was fantastic and what I paid for. I was so disappointed I didn’t take pictures of the pizza. Which is not normal for me as a foodie. It is astounding how the employees of a business can destroy it from the inside out. This is the reason why pizza Huts are closing. This is why yum! brands is scrambling to figure out if this loved and classic restaurant can be saved. the lack of pride for the job that you applied for is disheartening. Dan and Frank carney cannot let crews with no pride destroy this business. Happy mothers day everyone 😊

  We didn’t dine in but had an amazing experience just through ordering via the phone, they made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend even if just for the friendly experience. Plus the food was delicious!

  Called the number listed on google and got directly connected to the store. This is so nice compared to other pizza places where you can’t speak to the store and are connected to a call center. Shawn answered the phone; he was polite and professional. Assured me that they would Clean Cut my pizza with a clean rocket blade. Even said he hopes I have a blessed day. Nice to interact with someone that takes pride in their job and knows how to be a pro even over the phone. This review is really for how impressed I was with Shawn. Haven’t received the pizza as yet but hoping for a good experience. Pizza Hut’s app needs some help. It tries to get you to sign up for a new account even if you already have one and once they’ve texted you a code. Similarly you used to be able to select the style of cut; maybe I missed it but couldn’t find it this time. Hence, I had to call the store.
