  Very slow service and just bought 2 large strawberry slushies with passion fruit and had zero passion fruit.

  Every time I have gone here, I stay disappointed. The amount of time it takes for me to receive my food is ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if it’s drive-thru or pick-up, it’s NEVER fast, and the food isn’t even worth the wait. The sad thing is that I ordered ahead on the app because I expected the prep time for the food to take long, checked-in 10 minutes after the food would be ready, and it still took 20+ minutes to receive my food. With a grand total of 3 cars on the premises (including mine), it shouldn’t take that long to receive my food. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money, and don’t waste a passing glance.

  The past TWO times I ordered to go orders something was missing. The first time it was a large slushie and this time it was an order of French toast sticks. The first time it happened I called before going back and was told I needed to re-order it and now I’m on my way back again to get my French toast sticks. How hard is it to read an order and give me what I paid for. Both times there was one car-no cars in the drive thru.

  If you expect FAST food don’t go there. It literally takes forever every single time even if you’re only getting a drink (I know from experience). I gave 2 stars only bc the food is good. Today my husband and I went there and ended up getting out of the drive threw because we sat there for like 5 min with no one saying anything. We went to the drive up area and ordered still we waited another like 10 Min. Food didn’t come so we just left and went to steak and shake instead.
