  We went through the drive thru expecting to get our regular shake, like we do at the other location in Huntington. Only to be told what we order can’t be done and doesn’t understand how the mobile app could give you the option. Then tried to tell us to get something else and charge us more for it. We ended up leaving and going out of our way to go to the Huntington location and get our shake instead and was easily given the shake with no problem. Will never be back to order any shake again, the guy in the drive thru at 8:45pm was extremely rude about it. (10-04-26)

  Ordered at 1:31 PM and didn’t receive our food until 2:08 PM — a 37-minute wait for a Sonic order. About halfway through the wait, I pressed the button to ask about our order and was told, “He’s on his way out to you guys.” He absolutely was not, and we continued waiting. After finally getting our order, the strawberry lemonade slush I paid for was missing. Instead, I received some kind of carbonated/seltzer-tasting slush water with strawberries in it that was nothing like what I ordered. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, I would at least expect the order to be correct. Extremely disappointing service and experience.

  Very slow service and just bought 2 large strawberry slushies with passion fruit and had zero passion fruit.

  Every time I have gone here, I stay disappointed. The amount of time it takes for me to receive my food is ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if it’s drive-thru or pick-up, it’s NEVER fast, and the food isn’t even worth the wait. The sad thing is that I ordered ahead on the app because I expected the prep time for the food to take long, checked-in 10 minutes after the food would be ready, and it still took 20+ minutes to receive my food. With a grand total of 3 cars on the premises (including mine), it shouldn’t take that long to receive my food. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money, and don’t waste a passing glance.
