  I really enjoy my local DQ! The ice cream and food are consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff is always friendly and quick with service.

  They make cookies and cream milkshakes which the location on 5th Ave in Huntington has a million and one excuses as to why they can't make them. Food is always hot and delicious at the barboursville dairy queen

  Many things wrong with my visit to Barboursville Dairy Queen. First, I tell them I want a flamethrower combo without tomato and then I tell them I want another flamethrower combo but that I want that one without cheese. They repeat back everything just how I said so everything is smooth from that point. Get back home and the first burger has cheese but there’s tomato on it and the second burger had cheese and tomato. This is not the first time this has happened and the receipt even has written on it: grillburger combo no tomato and the second no cheese on it but that is definitely not what I recieved. That means there is a lack of communication or they simply don’t care. You will get better service at the Dairy Queen in Huntington and Hurricane over the Barboursville location. DQ Fan Relations Team was not helpful and didn’t even recommend a customer service number or seem sincere with the situation. I’ve also noticed they give that response for all negative reviews. Comes off as if they don’t care that much at all.
