- ASAlex Santiago1 day ago2.0Came in at 10pm on a random Tuesday night and decided to sit at the bar with Milly. Milly was not very nice/friendly. I ordered boneless wings & traditional wings. The boneless wings were old and cold. Also ordered fries and a side of queso, but only the queso came out so I had to ask for the fries. My drink stayed empty for 20 minutes while the manager & the bartender looked at it 3 times. Milly checked on the other people sitting at the bar way more than us, and was much more friendly with them.

It was not that busy. It was 1 on a Saturday. Where was your staff? When we decided to leave they stated their system was down, that’s not an excuse. Offer complimentary drinks or appetizers. Explain it to people being sat. Appalling experience. Went to Olive Garden and they changed the day. Hire more people. Pay better wages.

Then today there was no host at the stand several people waiting and when I found someone to ask I was told that they were on a wait when I asked how long I was told 30 min because there were only 2 working. I saw more than two servers. Several empty tables. The next time I Buffalo Wild Wings will be in Ironton.
