- WWWhitneyApr 14, 20261.0Since moving to the new location, this Subway has gone downhill fast. The staff are clearly not properly trained, and it shows. Orders are consistently made wrong, and I’ve been served raw bacon/meat multiple times—which is completely unacceptable and a basic food safety issue. On my most recent visit, I found a hair in my sandwich so at this point, it’s not just poor service—it’s a hygiene problem. Their customer service is especially awful, none of them have the smallest bit of social skills. The younger employees act like taking an in person order is an inconvenience to their 4.5 hour shift and attempting to call the store gets you nowhere. This location needs serious management intervention - training, cleanliness, and basic professionalism are all lacking.
