Saturday night I paid for a stuffed crust and got a normal one with an extreme amount of pepperoni on it. I don’t live in town so we were just stuck with it. Our wings barely had anything on them only like 2 wings were actually coated in buffalo. Try to call and the number sends you to a corporate call center where you can’t understand what they are saying lol so I paid $13.99 for a normal pizza and no way to get a refund because you can’t call the store directly.

So we ordered a large pizza for pick up and after getting home with it, opened it up to find it was probably one of the worst pizzas we've gotten. So long story short, one call to the manager Daryl, and he had us come back to make it right. Turns out there's a problem with the large dough or something so he made us 2 medium pizzas that look fantastic. He apologized repeatedly and was very kind and did all he could to make us happy. Shout out to Daryl in Rapids!! We see you working hard and always doing what's right for the customer. You will continue to have us as loyal customers for years to come. You are awesome!!

My experience here is that they don’t really care. You can do better anywhere else in town.
