  I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and watched them put meat on it ,then remove the meat. I told them they should not do that I'm vegetarian. She proceeded to turn it around on me and told me I didn't tell them. I said why order a vegetarian sandwich if I wanted meat? She just argued and argued with me, telling me "I said I'd make you a new sandwich. I will not be going back!"

  Ordered 2 gargantuan sandwiches bolth wrong not even cut. I call to get corrected and get a attitude. My son's sandwich was mushy soup the put so much dressing u could drink it. By time they get here it'll be tore threw bottom of bag cause they want it back.....update got food after 40 min and bolth messed up its like the pit some my ingredients on other sub and yea its a mess. Guess call corporate since managers not friendly.

  You want to tell me a condiment item can’t Be Put on the side even though I used my Birthday reward and earned rewards points to share lunch with a coworker and both of us have different food allergies…? Maybe you shouldn’t be a jj franchise or be held liable by their corporate rules and standards. The way your employees refused and then wished me A good day as I left… . Word of mouth will make or break a business. 1 person tells 10… well thanks to the internet this one voice is telling the whole community that “it’s not have it your way” it is apparently “”this is the way” or don’t bother… This location has lost my business and should lose any business from our community!!!

  Something was not right on my hunters club. Not sure if the meat went bad but it tasted fishy and not right
