    Ran out of the regular bread and used crap wheat bread in a much smaller portion and charged the same price. The wheat bread isn't good.

    Let me start by saying I really enjoy Jimmy John’s Sandwiches. Just not from the Dells Location. I am a “No Onions” person, and when I order, plainly state that to the cashier. While this request seems rather simple, for some reason the folks at the Dells location have about a 33% success rate in completing the order onion-free. Today was no exception. On pickup I asked about the onions, staff looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my forehead. The only employee who wasn’t a J-1 asked me if I was allergic. I said no (big mistake). The employee went on to suggest that perhaps I could simply pick them off (out of the melted cheese on my toasted sandwich). They were busy, and I was angry enough that I made the call to leave rather than deal with their ineptitude. I will not be back. Ever. There’s a Jimmy John’s in Portage that’s only about 10 min further from my house. I’ll get my Jimmy fix there, thank you very much. With 5-staff behind the counter, every open table was dirty, and the floors were a mess. Do better, or close the place. You’re an embarrassment to the entire hospitality industry.

    It is Jimmy John's so consistency is what you want and they did deliver. The manager was great and friendly. She tool my order and was doing a great job.

    This sure wasn’t fast, but maybe a bit freaky. Just kidding - typical Jimmy John’s experience but just a bit slower than normal. Food was fine.

    Employees were great! Speed was good but my son and I got sick from the subs maybe cross contamination. Reached out to customer care and the store and nothing. We regularly go to our local JJ without issue. Very disappointed in JJ overall
