They loaded my large iced latte with ice and didn’t even fill the milk to the top (I didn’t even ask for light ice so they should have filled it to the top). Most other Dunkin’s , even when I ask for light ice , fill my coffee to the top with milk. It was a waste of money .

- AIAddy IrwinSep 7, 20261.0Came for a quick breakfast with my bachelorette party, quickly discovered the worst customer service I’ve personally encountered. 75% of my party had to get refunded for food that was out of stock. Most of our drinks weren’t filled to the top. I ordered a cream cheese bagel, there were 3 trays of bagels fresh out the oven on the counter directly in front of me and they looked me dead in the eye and told me my cream cheese bagel would take 30 min to come out. Garbage was piled and overflowing from the trash cans. It was Labor Day weekend, I’ve worked in customer service and things get pretty hectic, totally understandable…but when I take a short walk directly across the street to McDonalds with a clean environment and only 5 minute waits for food and no rude workers right after that, it says something about this Dunkin’s management. Each girl in my party that picked up their drink was greeted with a sarcastic tone; work gets stressful, but it’s not an excuse to throw customer service skills out the door.
