  Lady with short gray hair was very rude, ignored me and walked away from me, not the first time she has been rude to me, terrible customer experience

  Undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s of all time. I understand being low staffed and tired, but come on guys. I also used to work at one of the smallest staffed but busiest McDonald’s in the area locations in northern Wisconsin and WE never even got this AWFUL. 1. They ALWAYS forget or mess SOMETHING up. LOOK AT THE BIG SCREEN AND WHAT IT SAYS TO PUT IN THE BAG, and PUT. THE. RIGHT. THINGS. IN. THE. BAG. Yall have given me mccrispys instead of mcchickens over 3 times, gave me HORRIBLE hard buns that sound like rocks when I scratch/hit them, HORRIBLE customer service, never offer or give a reciept, never answer their phone, and never get orders right. Not to mention how absolutely disrespectful and pathetic the workers can be when you come in POLITELY to make them fix their mistake. How do yall forget 2 whole Big Macs? Mccrispys are priced WAY different than mcchickens, IF A BUN IS ROCK HARD THROW IT AWAY, and treat your customers with RESPECT. When I come in at 3am I had just worked I’m not just some random high college student going in for a late night snack dude I’m overworked and trying to feed myself for the first time in countless hours. Stop being so lazy with your job and hire people who wanna do it well maybe?? Worst McDonald’s literally ever.

  Waited 30 minutes in the number 1 drive-through Ln. for food that came out cold and then when I went back to ask about the food and why is cold, they said cause it took a long time. Would not recommend going to this McDonald’s

  We decided to go in instead of using the drive thru. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in months. The soda machine was filthy with blue and orange looking stuff in the drain area along with spilt coffee and a moldy napkin. I did not get any ice as i was worried about the sanitary conditions and guarantee the soda fountain heads are not getting cleaned. We were in before 8 am. Whoever is managing this place at night and following closing is not having the workers clean things properly. Everything is supposed to be clean for the day shift to start and this place is a disaster. I worked at McDonald's many many years ago and we were not allowed to leave until the place was spotless. Even if we had to stay until midnight. If not done right we had to redo it. We mentioned the mess to the manager on duty and when leaving one of the workers at the drive thru window stuck her tongue out at us.

  Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrible, they never send out the correct order (food missing almost every time), and the wait time is insane. When it's busy, I understand a long wait. But when there's two customers in the building? Yikes... I've ordered in-person and there's been items missing, I've DoorDashed and there's been items missing, and I've ordered at the kiosk and there's been items missing. Items in orders are missing 9 times out of 10. The only redeeming quality about this McDonald's is that its open 24/7. Literally no other reason to go here unless you like paying for food you don't get.
