  Would be nice if they would just let their customers know when they will be waiting an hour or longer for their meal.. 😒 no call at all, and then Uber driver stated "they messed up your order and had do it over".. a little frustrating. Pick up orders, ive never had any issues, otherwise. Maybe I will stick to that moving forward.🙂

  The staff seemed very behind filling online orders. I ordered in person and received a sandwich that was inedible. The bread was almost rock hard and a dark brown. I tried to fill out a complaint online but you need a receipt- which I declined to have one printed. I had to throw the sandwich out.

  Staff was new and didn't know how to do certain things and how to make certain sandwiches they were very nice but you could tell they were flustered and there was no manager at the store and were not answering when staff tried to call for help

  I ordered my lunch for today 4 hours early on the app. The app took my order and my money and my lunch never showed up. Same address, same order as I always make. Once my lunch did not show up, I called the jimmyjohns multiple times with no answer. This is at 1130am... awful awful service. They have lost my buisness.
