We called the store to get the missing sandwich delivered and they said ringle was too far for them to deliver. This was there mistake and they wouldn’t do anything g to make it right. All they did was credit the account. Yes we got our money back but we wanted the sand which not money back. Manager was more than useless saying that the policies don’t allow them to deliver here. Why should we have to use our gas to go back for their mistake??? Never going here again. Subway it is from now on.

Got a number 9 unwich with no tomato, onion or mayo and asked to have a piece of cut bread on the side so I could make my sandwich before I ate it at work. They charged me almost $7 for a piece of bread that they didn’t not cut as requested and asked me if I had rewards but didn’t take my number. Went to make my sandwich and it had Mayo tomatoes and onions on it. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s.
