  Ordered in the drive thru today at 6:51pm. Placed my order and asked for a nice handful of arbys ans horesy sauce. The young girl qucikly handed our food to us and shut the window. I looked to make sure my order was correct and there were no sauces. I got her attention, she came over grabbed a handful of sauces, quickly opened the window put them in my hand and shut the window. I only had a couple arbys sauces and she was no longer noticing us. I pulled around and went inside, and she rudely acknowledges me, I told her I would have liked more then 3 arbys sauces. She grabbed another handful of sauces and showed her annoyance while handing them to me. She bluntly said "sorry we are very short staffed" I told her it doesn't matter how short of help, she had no right to be rude to a customer. Let me add here that there was no one in the dinning room and 1 car was behind me in the line. I asked her her name multiple times and she ignored me. When I asked for the managers name and contact info a couple of times, she again flat out ignored me. The receipt shows a name, but i will withhold that info. I will never spend another dollar at this location or recommend it to anyone.

  Food order was wrong and there was just 1 person in the place and no one in the drive thru ordered 2 bacon egg cheese biscuit and 1 sausage biscuit. Got a sausage egg biscuit and sausage was spicy hot that i couldn't eat it. The bacon egg biskit problem was caught before bagging, but whole thing took almost 30 min to get. Glad they were not busy, we would still be there waiting.

  Went inside to order at 930 pm. Waited 10 minutes one guy in back cleaning didn't acknowledge me, left and went to the drive through. No beef left for the night. Ordered a sandwich with bacon informed they have no bacon. Ordered a chicken cordon blue. Success they had the ingredients meanwhile girl taking the order was extremely rude.

  Horrible, the roast beef was like rubber and the buns were soggy... I threw my 2 Beef N Cheddars in the garbage

  I ordered a reuben sandwich and curley fries for my mother in law, and Swiss French dip with jalapeno bites for myself. Upon getting home I discovered they didn't include the reuben sandwich which I paid for. Needless to say I won't be buying anything here ever again.
