  Ordered online and never received my order. Called a couple hours after it was supposed to be delivered and the manager I spoke to said he knew it wasn’t delivered and that they didn’t do anything about it and didn’t plan to. They took it to the wrong address and didn’t bother to correct the mistake and were confused when I asked why they wouldn’t automatically do a remake and send it out or contact me about it. Manager kept saying stuff like “why would we? What do you mean?” Explained I worked at Pizza Hut before and if someone doesn’t get their order then you do whatever you need to do to make sure they do…he was like “hmm..that’s weird” It was a very bizarre and unprofessional interaction, wasn’t sure if the guy was all there. Either way, this place stole my money and never gave me my food, so now I have to do a chargeback and contact the BBB. Just don’t order here, it’s not worth it.

  They charge me two dollars for two ranch cups, $2.31 then when I got the pizza for the pizza had no sauce, barely any dry and hard

  Tony really knows how to take care of a guest. It’s wonderfully cool inside. TV is at a great volume. Everyone working said hello with a smile. The management team must coach customer service! No complaints. My food was made 100% correct and tasted phenomenal.

  The pizza was good but the mozzarella sticks are not melted and stretchy and the fries are not warm enough. And I didn't order 2 small pizzas and I only ordered 1. And it took to long for someone to deliver my pizza and the sides. I had to wait for hours for my order and I was disappointed in my order.

  Ordered online. No blaming the pizza makers because they just make pizza & stuff the way they were told or trained. Plus, I haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza forever. But, the pizza I received was absolute crap. Little to no sauce and pretty much zero flavor. This was & is the last time I’ll order one from Pizza Hut. Gee whiz! For $30 freaking dollars you’d think it’d be halfway edible but it was sooooo awful that, if I lived with a dog, I know he/she would not eat it. It was THAT bad. Yuk & Ickyness. Never again. Honestly, I believe even if I was starving I’d have to toss it. What a flipping shame.
