  They tend to ignore the people at the counter when they are busy instead of saykng "just a moment" had four different workers make eye contact with me and walk past me.

  I’m not one to complain and i work in food service myself, but my boss and I placed orders for pick up through the drive through. I was waiting for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and ended up being late to work even AFTER placing an order ONLINE. I get to the window to pick everything up. I get to work just to realize my muffin AND wake up wrap is missing. I end up trying to call 4 TIMES without. a half hour period and it went to VOICEMAIL ALL TIMES! I am extremely upset. I will NOT being coming back. This happens to often and the people there are just getting worse and worse.

  I’ve honestly given up on ordering here. It’s a convenient location and my kid loved the strawberry donuts but the last time I went all the donuts tasted day old (it’s literally has donuts in the name so I expect them to be top notch). I tried again recently & ordered specific donuts on the app for my kids and a friend they had over, went to pick them up (the drive through line was too long so I went inside and got them rather quickly), when I got home and opened the donuts - the donuts were the incorrect flavors - and sometimes kids can be picky so it was a disappointment as it was supposed to be a special treat. I wish they would have updated me that the flavors were not available instead of just subbing other flavors that were not preferred. Granted this was also before 9am on a weekend - so I fully expected things to be available. Further the donuts were stacked on top of each other so the long Johns (which were not fully frosted) were stuck together and had pulled off even more frosting (which was already a limited amount IMO for a donut). I get being cautious with supplies and not over making things - but it’s called Dunkin DONUTS….nobody can dunk the donuts if they aren’t available. I will say I did call to inquire about my order when I got home and the person that helped was very friendly and offered me to come back the next day to make it right and get the right donuts - but I never went back. I didn’t need the donuts for my kids and their friend the next day, I needed them when I ordered. I hope they can get these missed figured out as based on the other reviews I’m not the only one experiencing problems. There are lots of other options available which I’ll continue to choose instead - when I order online I’m ordered for efficiency and accuracy and hate to continue to be disappointed.

  I get Dunkin every morning and have for the last year and a half. My coffee used to be perfect every morning, unfortunately now since the girl with the short hair has been opening my coffee is never made right anymore. Always missing my cream or my sugar or when I get a refresher instead it’s always the wrong flavor or she can’t find the button on the register so she rings it in as something else and makes the entirely wrong drink. She is always very frantic and seems very very stressed out. I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be going anymore because it’s just a waste for me to buy my coffee and then throw it out after one sip.

  Probably not worth your stop! Came here ordering food for breakfast… didn’t have any blueberry munchkins left, fine whatever. Once I got to the window, I wanted to tap my card, so the lady (with sleeves of tattoos and is on the older side, always at the window if I come.) was flopping the card reader all over the place, and there was a tip option, and then I could tap first off She was rude about that whole thing, and then my card didn’t go through with the tap and made me insert my card, which is completely fine and consistently happens to me, not just here. Then she handed me my food, and while I put my car in drive, she decided to say “not my fault your card doesn’t work!” Yep, so there was absolutely no reason at all to make a comment like that, especially in a customer service industry… and there’s also nothing I could have done for my tap to work. Needless to say, I will not be back.
