    Greeted by a nasty hostess with attitude. Ignored for 15 minutes - walked out! Place is ice cold , dinghy and dirty. Grossly understaffed and mismanaged! Never going back!

    Went on 8/14 to get takeout. Service was great food was disappointing. Fries were cold and overcooked. One of burgers had a small piece of paper that was a label of some sort inside of the burger on top of tomato. At that point, we just discarded all of our food. I did call and complain Twice and they said they were going to Take the fries off of our Bill. The second time I called was because of the paper in the burger. They then said that they would just take that burger off. I suggested just to cancel the whole bill and refund me. I will be watching my card big bank statement to see if it actually Happens. Unfortunately, we will never eat there again

    Last night, me and a group of friends went to get food at around 9:30 pm. We walk inside and notice they are not very busy. we get seated at a table and wait for 20-30 minutes for a server before someone from my party went and asked for one. once we finally got a server, Jordyn, she took our drink order and we waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. When Jordyn came with our drinks she said “sorry these took so long I had to pee.” Excuse me? That was so unprofessional. At this point, there were only 2 other tables. We ordered our food and waited, and waited, and waited. At this point, both of the tables had come and gone and we were the only people in the restaurant. It had been an hour and someone from our party went back up to ask about our food because it was only us in the restaurant. When Jordyn came with our food, she gave each of us our food. I asked to get the carrots and celery with my wings. I never got the carrots and celery. Someone next to me got the carrots and asked if she was going to get the celery. Jordyn said “i was too lazy to cut the celery. I hope that’s ok.” At this point, we had spent so much time at this restaurant we just wanted to leave. When we took a bit out of our wings, they weren’t warm. they were around room temperature. We had already had a bad experience so we ate quickly and paid. Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.

    I honestly wish I could give it zero stars. I have never been more unimpressed with service. Last night Jordyn our server didn’t take our order for 30 minutes of being there and it took me going up and asking if we could place or order. We ordered appetizers and she didn’t bring them out for 30 more minutes and it also took us asking if they were coming out. When she brought them up to us she told us she was “peeing” which honestly I wish she had just lied and said that she was waiting for the food to be done. She brought out the food after being there for an hour and a half. Mind you there was only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant with people there. When she brought our food out she goes “do you actually want celery? I didn’t know (we had ordered it) and honestly I am too lazy to cut and get it. Is that fine?” I was speechless! I love bdubs but I was so unimpressed.

    Very disappointed. My daughter and I stopped here for dinner tonight. We thought we would give it another chance since the last time we went was a bad experience. I ordered the ultimate nachos with extra queso cheese sauce. What I got was a cold plate of food with no cheese sauce on it. Just dry chips with a sparse sour cream drizzle on them. Discusting…. When the server finally came to check on us I explained that they did not put ANY queso sauce on the nachos and that they were dry and gross. She said well I put it on the order. I will ask the kitchen. She never offered to bring out a cup of queso to pour over the chips, never offered to take the extra charge off of my bill. My daughter was also served a cold meal. She ate her chicken cold but did not touch the friend because the were not even slightly warm. So she had 4 itty bitty pieces of chicken that were cold and gross and that was it. Paid 22 dollars for a terrible meal and still have to feed my child because she is hungry. You used to be such a good restaurant and I am very sad at how far downhill you have gone. To anyone thinking about going here don’t waste your time and money it is not worth it. Like I said in the beginning this is my second time coming here recently(used to go all the time) the previous time I went I went with my daughter and aunt. Food was served cold then and my food never came. I sat there for over an hour. My family got theirs but I didn’t receive mine. The waiter said it would be right out about 6 times before it finally came. And when I asked for a box to take it he was peeved. Like I said we sat there for over an hour. I opened the box to eat on the way to our next destination and it was so sloppily made and messy. Took about two bites and threw it out.
