  Arrived at 10;33 am in drive thru for big box and 2 roast beef sandwiches. No one else was in the drive thru and only 4 cars in parking lot. Came to window to pay and received my drink. Watched from window 2 women employees keep looking at order screen and moving bags around. I finally received my order at 10:57am. Ridiculous customer service. No apologies for the wait. When I opened my sandwich from big box it was wrong and cold. Normally I have great experience at Arby’s but not today.

  Had to compliment the drive thru guy. Very friendly and professional. Went for the seasonal chicken pecan Market Fresh sandwich and it did not disappoint! Good job Arby's West Bend!
