  I was at our local store yesterday and saw at least 10 - 12 car go thru in the opposite lane as I sat in my lane not moving. The one person they had out taking orders was too busy hanging inside a car window chatting with a friend. When I finally had someone stop to place my order I asked to speak with a manager and lo and behold who came out - the same girl who I observed chatting her friend. I asked why no one else was out taking orders and why she thought it was better to chat than do her job she said she was talking about the menu. What a great example she gave to her staff. Horrible customer service and 7Brew just lost a customer here in West Bend WI. Sad.

  the drinks are always inconsistent, i typically only ever get coffee/lattes and they are always watered down and taste like pure milk, no flavor even when asking for extra sweet. and 90% ice. i usually go in the morning. although workers are very nice. i’ve had better experiences with other locations. drinks get finished in 5 minutes due to it being majority ice. i was a barista before, consistency matters.
