I’ve gone to this location multiple times and have always gotten the best service! They have lots of options so I never know what to get and I believe her name is Leila? Has always recommended the best drinks- highly recommend this location!!!

I’ve been extremely disappointed with 7 Brew lately, to the point that I’m considering going back to Starbucks. One visit, I sat in the drive-through for 30+ minutes with only 5 cars ahead of me, while the employee taking orders stood talking to the car in front of me. Meanwhile, the other lane had 15+ cars come and go while we barely moved. Then, more recently, I ordered two drinks and watched my drinks get handed to the car in front of me. A minute later, those same drinks were handed back to the employee and brought to me. Absolutely not. I have no idea if those customers drank from them, touched them, or did anything to them. I asked for fresh drinks, which should have been completely reasonable, yet the staff seemed annoyed about it. Mistakes happen. Poor customer service happens. But handing drinks that were already given to another customer to someone else is unacceptable. At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether I want to keep going back

10/5 Stars, best flavors and love talking to the drive thru crew. Always good to see the manager on site working with the team and bringing out coffees. Rain pods are hilarious.

We love stopping at 7 Brew! The drinks are delicious, and the people always brighten our day. We love the original 7 Brew crew—they’re still the best! Ella is funny, kind, and always excited to see us. It’s the kind of place that makes you smile before you’ve even had your coffee.

I had a great experience at 7 Brew! The drinks were really good, and the service made the visit even better. Laila was especially awesome. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel more personal. Great coffee and even better customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
