  First time having Wingstop and wow was it a letdown. My wings were ready within 5 minutes which seemed suspiciously fast, and I guess I was right because they were soggy and seemed undercooked. The sauce was so liquidy that there was somehow barely any on the wings while they were swimming in it at the same time. They also put both flavors in the same box so they ended up mixing together. Both the mild and hot had little to no flavor and the fries were bland with barely any salt. The staff was nice, but it honestly felt like they were just trying to get the food out as fast as possible with little care put into it. The ranch was probably the best part and even that wasn’t anything special. To top it all off, I ended up throwing up when I got home and spent the rest of the night making multiple trips to the bathroom. Obviously I can’t say for sure the food caused it, but between that and the wings seeming undercooked, I definitely won’t be going back.

  Title: Wingstop Review 🔥 Shoutout to Reggie at Wingstop! Every time I’ve been in there lately, this guy has been nothing but respectful, positive, and genuinely great to deal with. His attitude stands out, and you can tell he actually cares about the customers and the job. Honestly, Reggie is exactly the type of person I’d want working for me if I owned a business. Good people with that kind of attitude are hard to find. Wingstop, you’ve got a good one with Reggie! 👏🔥

  As a frequent reviewer I am shocked at the decline of this location I have been coming for a few 2-3 years to this location as our go to spot for our company outings as well as medium large gatherings for take out wings. It seems as though there is a bunch of employees working however with all those eyes I yet again have not gotten a accurate or hot order of food in a while. The order tracker gives best estimate of food Readiness which I have learned is a mere suggestion of a mythical timeline that once was . It is frequently 15-20 minutes behind. In saying that the greetings have been pleasant when they occur. On this trip we had not one, not two but FOUR MISSING SIDES. And a missing large dipping sauce for our group. By the time that was uncovered it was too late and no one wanted to go back a third time. There was a employee scolding going on during our trips and it was apparent for the need however manager on duty was a young woman with glasses doing the scolding who later told me “she packed our bags so they had to be right “ when during my initial visit I seen my bags packed by other employees and to her credit, she did ask them if my sides were in the bag to which they all replied yes. We found out later that was not true. I’m the second Trip in to complain about size not being included had 15 people awaiting food so they started on the chicken most of which was warm, but not hot and literally was taken three blocks from the facility. The manager question and asked me to bring in the bags. To which I replied, I left them with the hungry guests. I will, however, have them take a photo of food and send it to us which will supplied to us in two bags not close to what we need, but I thought maybe there was a miracle on how they packed the chicken. There was no miracle. The manager then accepted that we were missing our sides and we made some fries. However, most of them were cold. The two top containers of fries as shown in my picture were the hottest ones because they were new. However, these were only thrown in our bag and not to go containers not really sure if that is standard or not, but they pretty much dumped all over the bottom of the bag. I would say they need some help maybe with efficiency. There must have been some HVAC issues as well because during my time standing in two different places, I was getting some sort of liquid dripped onto me from the vents on the ceiling I even moved locations and it happened again along with puddles on the floor so I assume it was from condensate.

  Had order delivered, that was reasonable. Ordered a chicken sandwich, it was crispy, so crispy that I took one crunchy bite and the coating fell off and the outside of the meat was also crunchy. No juiceyness involved.

  Everytime we order from here, out order is always messed up or missing something. Called & spoke to Tre, said I could come back in 30days to get ALL my missing items & a free meal. Come to redeem my free meal, & was told they'll only give me the items I was missing. Now what the hell is the sense in that!? Where is the compensation for having to come back!!?? He said a free meal, & they said no..even though they never even went to look at "the book" that trey said my name would be written in. This place is a joke! Worst customer service. Definitely will never come back.
